This RIVERFRONT and spacious 2019 Avenger RV is nestled under large Oak trees with views of the River and is perfect for couples, solo travelers or a family looking to relax!
Inside, you'll find a spacious Kitchen/Living space with a cozy couch and large TV (Streaming only/No Cable) making it the perfect place to relax after a long day by the River!
The Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for a home cooked meal and features a Mini Fridge/Freezer, Mini Stove/Oven, Microwave, Toaster, utensils/cookware, etc. Keurig Coffee Maker available with coffee, creamer and sugar provided.
The Master Bedroom features a Queen size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The Second Bedroom has two Twin over Twin bunk beds, sleeping 4, perfect for children or additional friends. All linens and towels provided.
The Bathroom features a Shower, Toilet and Sink and all towels and wash rags are provided.
Step outside under the trees to the sitting area where you can unwind and soak in the breathtaking views of the Medina River. Small Dogs up to 10 pounds are welcome at the property but must be on a leash when outside due to other guests on property. The pet fee is $50 per pet (max 2). Please note that we will contact you after booking to collect for the fee if not already paid for at the time of booking via the Listing Site. Barking dogs are not permitted.

While offering a wonderful experience, the property does have nearby guests that may/may not be on-site during your stay. But please note that while our property is not necessarily completely secluded from other guests, we strive to maintain a peaceful environment, however it may not always be completely quiet. Guests will have a large private driveway with plenty of parking at each individual Yurt. We provide as much information as possible before arrival so check-in and check-out is a breeze.
