This cozy townhouse featuring beautiful stone and wood interior accents is nestled just streets away from the heart of Downtown Boise. Relax in the hot tub after a scenic bike ride along the local Greenbelt or after a day on the slopes of Bogus Basin. If staying in is more your preference, you can read or watch tv on the couch next to the natural gas fireplace or whip up something yummy in the kitchen that overlooks the dining area, which is great for conversation. The main level has a Master bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom and one bedroom with a Queen bed and desk. Upstairs in the loft you can find a Full size bed. Guests have access to a 2 car garage for parking with additional public parking spaces at the end of the street.
Please note:
Guests are expected to read and be willing to honor House Rules. No gatherings/parties allowed, only booked guests can be there at any time (unless discussed/approved and any additional fees paid in advance). Additional security deposit may be required depending on length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Please be aware that the hot tub is best suited for 2 people at a time. Guests will have access to the 2 car garage, which is the parking preference otherwise limited public parking spaces can be found at the end of the street (please do not park in the parking spaces directly across from the house. These spaces are limited for short term use (loading/unloading) by the HOA).
Please no food or drink or smoking in the hot tub. Use at your own risk. Children using the hot tub must have adult supervision (18 years+). Any guest caused issue that results in necessary full drain of hot tub will be an automatic minimum $250.00 charge. Please keep hot tub covered when not in use. Please note there is NO lock on the cover, just latches. 100 degrees is the ideal temperature to be left when not in use.
