First Floor:
Amazing water views! The main kitchen has gas cooking, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. The main kitchen is connected to the dining area and living room, which all have water views and a fireplace. There is also a wet bar, icemaker and beverage center connected to the kitchen. The second kitchen is in the den.
The den is a great place to relax, and play for children, and watch movies on an 85'' TV. The den has a pullout sofa bed. There is a large foyer with a coat closet and stairs leading to the second and third floors. There is bedroom (king) and full bath on the first floor.
Second Floor:
The master bedroom is quite spacious and has a private deck with amazing water views. The master bath has a shower and jetted tub. There is a full closet with shelves and racks.
There are two other bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle (full/full/twin) and the other bedroom has a queen. Both bedrooms have closets and dressers. There is a Jack and Jill full bathroom with laundry.
Third Floor:
The third floor has sleeping for 8 (4- full, 4- twin trundles)!! A great room for kids to have sleepovers and watch movies. There is a half bath on the third floor.
Outside:
Spacious and private yard with shoreline and large pier. The pier has 6 boat slips, with 3'+ of water at low tide, for use at risk. There is a public beach about .5 miles from the house and several restaurants/bars (fine dining to local bars).
