Our Sweet Retreat cabin is a one bedroom traditional log cabin with a loft nestled in the trees on our 60 acre property. This cabin is perfect for the couple that wants to just get away from it all and experience a relaxing and romantic ambience in the woods. This cabin is also suitable for a family or small group looking to enjoy a cabin with a loft because it sleeps up to 6 guests.
There is a large covered and private rear deck with a hot tub and seasonal outdoor shower just outside your bedroom and living room doors! The covered front porch has a gas grill and a swing to sit back and relax on while taking in the views and sounds of nature around you. There is a fully furnished kitchen with granite counter-tops and a custom stump log dining table.
The bathroom features a large walk-in shower with double shower heads. Another unique feature is a walkway bridge that leads you to the loft which has a king bed. The downstairs bedroom is extra-large with a king bed, flat screen TV and boasts a see-through gas fireplace into the living room.
In the living room there is a pull-out queen sofa bed couch, a log rocking chair and a 50” HD flat screen TV with DirecTV and premium movie channels. Central air conditioning and heat is in the cabin to keep you cool during the warm summer months and warm during the cold winter nights.
Sweet Retreat offers Wi-Fi and an in-cabin telephone. Outside we have a fire ring for when the occasion calls for a bonfire.
