The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.
Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchens.
If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.
Rondel is a well-furnished villa located in the quiet residential area of San Jaime in Moraira. Enjoying of excellent views that stretch to the beautiful sea and the famous Ifach rock in Calpe. We find a golf course Ifach close by and a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance. 5 Min. drive takes us to the unrivalled coast town of Moraira, where a pleasant number of restaurants, bars and shops can be found together with incredible sand beaches and a large choice of water activities for the adventurous ones.
The drive of Villa Rondel offers parking for 3 cars, that flow toward a spacious terrace, encompassed by a charming Mediterranean-style garden dominated by palm trees and pines. The swimming pool forms the heart of this home which is surrounded by sun beds, an outdoor dining area made of stone and a built-in BBQ. This holiday home provides peace and beauty throughout. Rondel´s interior is a two-storey holiday home connected with external stairs. From the drive, stairs lead up to the second floor, entering a spacious living/dining room with Sat+TV+DVD+A/C, together with an open kitchen, equipped with bar stools.
From here, we flow toward 2 double and 1 twin bedroom (all 3 bedrooms with A/C units) with a bathroom and another shower room. The living area leads directly from a conservatory toward a balcony with charming sea views and access to the pool area. The bottom apartment is well equipped with a living area and kitchenette, together with 1 double bedroom with A/C and an en-Suite shower room where we can find the washing machine.
