An idyllic home in a quiet street on the sought after south side of Katoomba,
The stunning Cahill's Lookout is only 150 metres away and Walking Trail 100 metres away.
Our home is surrounded by a garden oasis that invites local wildlife like the Crimson Rosella bird. Rosella House features 2 fireplaces, 3 bedrooms, 1 workspaces, 2 bathrooms, a large garden and backyard. Parking is on-site with 2 dedicated areas that can fit up to 4 vehicles.
THE SPACE
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the major appliances you’ll need and a dishwasher. There is a microwave, a toaster and a range of cutlery, crockery and glasses.
We provide all linen and towels. The sheets, quilt covers and towels are 100% cotton.
There is also unlimited Wifi and Netflix.
You have undisturbed access to the house, off street parking and the gardens. For your convenience, a lock-box is installed allowing 24/7 access whenever suits you.
The house is in a quiet area with the street mostly used for local traffic so enjoy the tranquillity! Yet we are is close driving proximity to the town centre with its hotels, cafes and art galleries.
Extra cleaning can be organised upon request for long stays.
Garden areas can be secured by closing the side and rear gates.
A crib and high chair for the little ones are available on request.
We offer discounts for weekly and monthly stays, 20% and 30% off respectively.
You will find it a roomy and relaxing place to be, and perfectly situated for the enjoyment of all the special attractions the Blue Mountains have to offer.

Summary: We had a good time and found the location convenient to walk to Scenic Railway and other places. The kids especially enjoyed the animal-pattern blankets. As in all other places we have stayed we found it hard having to use a small glass table for meals as there was very little plastic eating ware, and the outside table was not usually suitable (weatherwise and also a bit hard to move around). Good washing/drying facilities - essential with small children. Generally a good experience.
