Positive: Excellent service, incredibly friendly staff and great facilities. Breakfast was great and the onsite restaurant was really fantastic at dinner too. The free shuttle into Chania was brilliant as parking in town was tricky, and ran until very late. Onsite laundry services were perfect for travel with a 3 year old and laundry tablets were available for €1 at reception. A wonderful stay and we’d highly recommend.

Negative: The decor in the rooms would benefit from a little refresh, although they were very clean and comfortable.
