Margarita Cas Concos is a former farmhouse, built on a rural village property with 3 houses near the small village of Cas Concos.
The house is built and furnished in traditional country style. From the entrance you enter directly the open living room. The kitchen has a dining table and access to the terrace. Furthermore, the EC has a bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite. The other two bedrooms, each equipped with 2 single beds, are located upstairs and share a bathroom. On the terrace there is a covered BBQ dining area. There is an outside bathroom with toilet and shower and a laundry room with washing machine. A little higher behind the terrace of wirklcih beautiful pool area begins with lawns. The pool has a size of 12 x 5 meters splendid swimming fun. Since the range of some steps can be reached and fenced, you can use to request the gate as a child safety for smaller children.

Summary: Property was spotlessly clean, well equipped and great central location. Owner lived in adjacent property and was very friendly, welcoming and accomodation. Only downside was the mosquitos were in abundance, probably to be expected in the depths of the countryside.
