Positive: The manager, Andrew could not do enough for you. His staff were well trained and extremely friendly and respectful. The food at this hotel was superb. I cannot fault this hotel for the cleanliness, the quality of the food and the staff. I really hope to see them again. I happened to suffer heat stroke the day before we left and in the evening was advised to visit the hospital, Andrew organised a hotel car and driver, I was treated, (very well I add) and at 10 pm was allowed out where Andrew was waiting with the car and he had arranged for a chef to stay on to feed my hubby and friends. The best hotel in Fort Kochi as far as we are concerned. Lynn, David, Samantha & Manoj.
Negative: I dont think we have a single negative feeling about this hotel.
Summary: A little oasis of peace and tranquility.
