Welcome to the Rustic Retreat! This 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath home is nestled in a cove in Sunrise Beach and sleeps up to 12 guests. The home has a cozy cabin feel with the wood burning fireplace in the living space. There is a private dock with swim steps, a pellet grill and a gas fire pit on the lower deck. There is also a boat launch located two miles from the home at Papa Chubbys!

The living room features a sectional, ottoman, flat screen TV and a stone wood burning fireplace! The dining room has a table with seating for eight with views of the lake while you dine.
Master Suite
The Master suite features a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, flat screen TV, an additional sitting room with a great view of the lake, and a barn door that leads into the master bathroom.
Master Bath
The newly updated Master bath has a double vanity sink and a large walk-in tile shower.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen bed, nightstand, dresser, closet, and a flat screen TV.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a double vanity sink and tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is a loft which features four full sized beds, closet, flat screen TV, and a half bathroom.
Outside
Out on the deck there is a pellet grill and a high-top table with seating for four. Down on the martini deck there is a gas fire pit with additional seating for four. You have your own private dock with swim steps for easy access into the lake as well as a tiki bar!
Neighborhood Description
This Rustic Retreat is located down a paved road and situated in a cove on the 26 mile marker in Sunrise Beach. The home is just minutes from many of the Lake’s most popular lakefront bars and restaurants! Papa Chubby’s is two miles from the home which has boat parking as well as a boat launch. Margaritaville and Landshark are a short boat ride across the lake! This home is a 25 minute drive to the Bagnell dam strip.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
