Positive: It’s downtown and in a quiet neighborhood
Negative: No restaurant around. I arrived on a sunday and everything was closed except 2 supermarkets where I had to go to grab something to eat. The shower was full of mold. The old AC was broken and left in the wall whereas a new one had been fixed over the bed. No window in my bedroom. Breakfast is 2 medialunas, coffee, water and bread. The first day, there was fruit juice but not on my second day. When they see you start eating bread with nothing, they bring butter and jam.
