You may park your own boat or rental boat at the wharf for an additional daily fee. Slips are limited on the island, but you will have priority access to use the slip. The townhouse comes with a four passenger club car, electric golf cart to use and explore around the island. Safety Harbor renters have priority seating at Safety Harbor's own restaurant, "Over the Waterfront". Sandy Tundra has its own kayak, beach chairs, floats, and outdoor gas grill. The property has high speed WIFI included to support zoom meetings and other streaming activities such as remote learning.
