This immaculate home is located on the street across the beach in very desirable Gulf Shores on Sanibel near Ding Darling. The home comes with Private Beach access (private community access at end of Waters Edge Lane).
The backyard of this home features expansive views overlooking the lake teeming with abundant wildlife. You'll have your own private salt water heated pool with pool cage.
Each of the 3 bedrooms in this home has its own en suite bath. The 4th Full Bath is located off the salt water pool.

Summary: We were fortunate to be the first to rent this newly renovated house in the quiet Sanibel Gulf Shores residential neighborhood. Everything is new—beds, towels, linens, excellent appliances, showers, furniture, high quality flat screen TVs, and a small, but pristine pool overlooking a picturesque lagoon with abundant wildlife. All three bedrooms have full bathrooms, and a fourth bathroom/changing room is accessible from the patio and pool. The house easily accommodates two couples and children. The spacious screened patio with the pool has a large built in gas grill and refrigerator, and even a television for viewing outside. Everything is on one level, no need to climb stairs. Dan, the friendly owner and renovator of the house, lives nearby and is quick to respond to any need while respecting his guests’ privacy. If you are looking for a quiet, spacious, and comfortable place to spend time in Sanibel, it’s hard to beat this.
