The Pineta holiday home is located in Santa Margherita di Pula, in the complex called La Pineta. The distance from the sea is 350 meters and the property is surrounded by a 1000m2 garden. The house consists of a living room with cooking area, sofa, LCD TV, table and chairs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. The living room leads to the hallway which leads to the sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (for a total of 4 single beds) and a complete bathroom. Air conditioning is present in the living room, in one of the double bedrooms and in the hallway. The air conditioner in the hallway is also useful for cooling the double bedroom which does not have an air conditioner and the bedroom with the bunk beds which also does not have an air conditioner. Outside we find a patio, a second full bathroom with external access, built-in barbecue, outdoor shower, garden with trees, large parking area inside the property. At a distance of about 100 meters from the property there is a small market, a butcher, a shop for beach items and a bar/pizzeria. Thanks to the position of the house and the proximity to the market and the beach, you will therefore not need to use the car every day to go to the beach or to do the shopping. The beach of Santa Margherita has a length of about 2.5 km and has both bathing establishments and bars where it is possible to rent sunbeds and umbrellas, and also obviously free beach areas.
At a distance of about 6.5km is the town of Chia and its beaches while at about 12km (about 15 minutes by car) you can find the town of Pula which offers all the services of a typical tourist centre. Pula is also known for the ruins of the ancient city of Nora and also has two beaches and a small aquarium with an adjoining sea turtle recovery centre.
