This gorgeous, very bright 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with lots of windows is located on first floor of a well maintained building. Hardwood floors and tiles throughout, king bed in Master with en suite Master bathroom, stainless steel appliances including a state-of-the-art Viking Stove, private off-street parking for 2-3 cars, on-demand, tankless hot water tank, a water softener, gas/hot water heating system, and best of all is the LOCATION: 3-4 blocks to Broadway on a very quiet street. 15-20 minute walk to Saratoga historic race track, 8 minute drive to Saratoga Spa State Park, Saratoga Performing Arts Center SPAC, Roosevelt Bath and Spa and Saratoga Spa Golf Course.
Kitchen: Fully equipped.
Bedrooms: Three full size bedrooms. Master bedroom is very large with King bed, en suite bathroom, with 2 his/hers closets.
Main Bathroom: Large, full bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower.
Parking: Off-street parking for 2-3 cars, plenty of on-street parking too.

Summary: The apartment is very spacious. Absolutely loved the neighborhood. Sitting on the front porch and sipping cocktails in the evening was very relaxing. The owner was great. They left us a welcome basket in the kitchen, that was much appreciated. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare and eat meals. The bathrooms had plenty of toilet paper for our weeks stay, and in one of the bathrooms there was shampoo, conditioner and a bar of soap. They really try to make you feel at home. The location was perfect. Nothing was far away. It is a compact little, beautiful area. Do yourself a favor and stroll downtown. Lots of cute stores and plenty of restaurants. Things we did during our stay: Distance Saratoga Spa State Park - 5 min Baseball Hall of Fame - 1.5 hours Cruise on Lake George - .5 hours Fort Ticonderoga - 1.15 hours. Make sure you get the combo pass. The cruise on the lake was beautiful.. Saratoga Casino Hotel - Too close! Less than 10 minutes Unfortunately the tracks were closed, preparing for the races. Ride around and look at the fabulous architecture. Houses are gorgeous. Take a walk in the neighborhood. All of the streets are flat and walking is a breeze. Saw a couple of bunnies, interesting sidewalks, fabulous porches and most people passed said hello. All in all, the apartment was excellent. Big, great location, air cons in every room, quiet neighborhood, and the host was great. Enjoy your stay!
