You'll have a great time at this comfortable condo in perfect location one hour from Atlanta. Weekend getaway or Weekly, it is your way to decompress in the gateway to the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. Unigue gated Big Canoe boasts exquisite hiking trails ,swimming, fishing, Golf and maintains three lakes, a marina, Beach Club and Wildcat swimming pools, Fitness Center availability if desired. Or stay in and enjoy peaceful serenity.
The space
Our 1100 sq ft two bedroom two bath home is set up as two master suites with a a full granite and stainless kitchen. We have seating for five around dining table , inviting electric log fireplace and three smart tvs with gaming and movie channels. You can cook and stay in or travel to restaurants. Also, there is a brand new twin air mattress with base in closet if needed. Our cleaner utilizes Enhanced cleanliness measures. Disinfectant is used to clean the property
High-touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected
Sheets and towels are washed at 60°C/140°F or hotter
Social distancing and Contactless check-in
You will be issued a guest pass at the main gate upon entry which can be used for entire stay. There are 90 miles of roads and trails as well as three lakes with a marina to discover inside Big Canoe and our cozy sanctuary is ideally located within a few minutes of the clubhouse and beach area fitness facilities.
Guest access
You will have full use of the condo and it’s balcony off the living room. You will be provided a door panel code for easy self check in and access.
Other things to note
There is golfing, aquatics and boating that can be paid separately at the locations if desired. Wildcat pool is 8.00 per person. Fishing license at marina shack is 12.00.
