"Le Bastidou" accommodates 6 people, is located on the heights of Cagnes sur mer, 2 steps from the city center, 5 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from Nice.

A very large private parking lot is located in front of the house, protected by an automatic gate. The linen is provided.
The garden is large and it is a little paradise for children: swing, small house and large semi-buried trampoline.
It is planted with trees: olive trees, mimosas, apricot trees, peaches, vines, lavender ... and has a pretty sea and mountain view.
The swimming pool (10 by 5) is private. The small basin has massaging nozzles and for cleaning we have an automatic robot.

An air-conditioned parents' bedroom (3) with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom (a bathtub and two sinks), TV and DVD and a dressing room, we also have a travel cot and a high chair for a baby.
