This stunning, new, modern 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment is located in Paloma Beach, located just 50m from the beach in Manilva on the Costa Del Sol. Only 20 Minutes from Gibraltar and the airport or one our from Malaga.
Furnished to a very high quality the apartment features a living room with full international tv, large bright windows that brighten up the entire room and provide access to the large terrace facing the sea. Fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms finished to a high standard, free wifi and cleaning is included. The apartment has a double sofa bed in the lounge, so can sleep up to 6 people (available on request for an additional fee)
Paloma beach is in a fully gated community with CCTV, beautifully landscaped gardens and communal pools for children and adults. There is also an underground parking space. The property has access by lift.
Perfect location for everyone to enjoy, 50m from the beach, 2 beachside restaurants right on the doorstep Chiringuito Tubalitas is only a 5 minute walk and Seaside Restaurant is only a 10 minute stroll. Both of which serve great Mediterranean food.
The Port of Duquesa with its beautiful Marina and abundance of restaurants for every taste is a 5 minute drive way or a 45 minute leisurely walk. There are many miles of easy walking path to and beyond Duquesa on the beautiful costal Senda Litoral starting just across from the apartment.
The beautiful Marina of Puerto de Sotogrande is just a 14 minute drive away hosts many wonderful restaurants and is a must see for boat enthusiasts. It has a weekly Sunday craft market at the port with its array of arts, crafts and clothing is a must visit. More beautiful restaurants and cafes alongside the Marina to enjoy.
For golfers, La Duquesa Golf Course is 6 minute drive away and San Roque Gold Club is 14 minutes away.
Local bus stops across the road with regular service in both directions, Duquesa and Sabinillas and Estepona and La Linea (Gibraltar border) with stops inbetween.
