Summary: The house is in a great location. You walk to the beach and to all the restaurants in 5 min, and you don’t need to rent a car if you are ok with staying local to LBS. the Owner was always responsive. There were a few negatives. There was no working heat in the living room/kitchen during a FL cold spell. The owner ordered heaters off Amazon which eventually arrived, but the fact remains the home was very cold for the coldest of the days we rented with no heat in that area of the house. Also the couch at the home, a pullout, is not the same as the couch depicted onVRBO. There should be updated photos. And the couch itself was a bit dirty under the cushions when we pulled it out to use. Overall a good stay.
