SEASIDE COTTAGE is located centrally in northern, Southwest Cape Coral. A short drive from Matlacha, a keywest-style artsy Island on the road to Pine Island. The charming vacation home offers plenty of space for up to 6 guests and a large fenced in yard with Southern exposure.
SEASIDE COTTAGE is newly remodeled and offers 2246 SF of living space under air. Enjoy the large pool with skin-friendly saltwater technology. The pool has the option to be heated electrically. The pool deck offers space for sun loungers and is protected by a screen cage. The spacious patio area has a section with lounge chairs and a dining table that seats 6.
Outside of the screened area are 2 paved sections, one for additional sun loungers and another with firepit and Adrion deck chairs.
The front yard has several fruit trees that you are free to pick if in season. You have the choice of the following fruits: lime, mango, logan (like lychee), avocado, guava, and fig.
The wonderfully spaced home has several living areas and welcomes you well equipped, light and comfortably designed. The entrance area opens to seating and den, to the left a dining table with 6 chairs. All floors are laminate or tile, ideal for people suffering from allergies. The white kitchen is fully equipped and has an island with a breakfast bar, 6 stools and a small breakfast nook with seating for 2. The kitchen opens to the family room with big and comfortable sectional and large flat screen TV with soundbar, ideal for movie nights. The open concept allows you to enjoy your company. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, furthermore a laundry room with sink, washer, and dryer.
SEASIDE COTTAGE offers complimentary high-speed internet, house, pool & beach towels, a second set of bed linens for every bed. Outside you will find a barbecue griddle grill. Relax on the sun chaises outside and the covered lounge area.
The Master suite, located on the right side of the house, offers sliding doors that open completely towards the pool deck. It’s equipped with a king-size bed, TV, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, shower, water closet and walk in closet.
On the left side behind the living areas are 2 more bedrooms of the hallway that share a bathroom. The bathroom has access to the pool area and offers a sink, shower, and toilet. The second bedroom to the east has a king-size bed, TV and walk-in closet. The third bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV and walk-in closet.
Enjoy the pool (can be heated) withing the screen enclosure, to be close to nature, but nature is not too close to you.
SEASIDE COTTAGE is your perfect home away from home to start your dream vacation. This home is dog friendly for up to 2 dogs, compliance with the house rules requested. Only if announced and pet fee is paid.

• Weekly electricity allowance: $50. Usage above is charged at $0.18 per KW.
• Grill cleaning fee (if used): $50.

• Upon arrival, the bottle under the grill is at least a quarter full or more. If you utilize the additional bottle, please ensure to replace it with a full one before the conclusion of your stay. It's important that the bottle under the grill remains at least a quarter full. In the event that property management is required to handle this task, a charge of $45 per bottle will be applied.
