The house is available for Summer 2025 rental. FOUR weeks already reserved for SUMMER 2025. The weekly summer rate is $3100/week PLUS cleaning fee and REFUNDABLE security deposit. House is a large 3-bedroom + (one queen, two full) home, 2nd living serves as 4th BR with Queen futon pull out. House can accommodate 4-8 people. Huge eat-in kitchen with peninsula island; Large 15 x 15 living room with Smart TV/WIFI. 2nd TV. Two full bathrooms. Full-size washer/ dryer, Central AC; Home is one block from the beach; outdoor shower and grill. Beach passes included. Nonrefundable pet fee.

We had a fantastic stay at Phil and Arleen’s shore house in Seaside Park. It is on a quiet street with a quick walk to the beach. The location was perfect for both relaxation and convenience. The large kitchen with its spacious island made group meals a breeze. The extra drink fridge in the front was a nice bonus. I want to thank Phil and Arleen for a wonderful stay. We love their beach house. The kitchen was our go to hangout place. Great for playing cards, working on laptops, entertaining, etc. Love the large, comfortable sectional, fridge in living room for beverages, and all the channels available to watch. Perfect location. Phil and Arleen are wonderful hosts and rented us a house that was perfect for our family and guests. The kitchen has an island large enough for everyone to eat and enjoy playing games. Three bedrooms and two baths were perfect. The location is so convenient and close to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The sunsets on the bay side within walking distance (1 1/2 blocks) were spectacular. Can't wait to come back next year!!! Thank you again for your kindness and generosity.

Loved our week at this adorable and well-kept home in Seaside Park. The home has a super beach house vibe, with a very large kitchen and plenty of sleeping accommodations. The location is fabulous. Just a two-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk yet the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The owners and neighbors are very friendly and helpful, giving us suggestions throughout the week to make our stay pleasant. Thanks so much. We stayed at 68 Decatur Ave Seaside Park for the past two years and have had a wonderful time. This house is in the perfect location! It is walking distance to a big park on the bay, to the Seaside Park Beach, and to the Seaside Boardwalk. The house features a large family room and an open floor plan that’s perfect for spending time with the family. The kitchen is ideal for cooking with all dishes, appliances, and cookware supplied. The kitchen features a unique, large island that can seat 10 people and is perfect for family dinners. The house has beautiful curb appeal with an outdoor sitting area that is surrounded by a well-maintained landscape. The landlord is very accommodating and easy to get in contact with when needed.
