Summary: The customer service was very good, our room wasn’t ready on time, but only a 30 minute difference. The room had everything you needed: full kitchen with supplies, washer and dryer, clean, TV’s… The view was beautiful, a major plus, but the place smelled really bad! as if it had been smoked, a lot! and the beds were awful, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we’re pushed against the wall; for two people it was pretty bad getting in and out of the bed. Overall I would give it 3-stars
