Immerse yourself in serenity in our 4-bedroom hillside retreat, nestled in lush woods with stunning lake and mountain views. Only a 5-min drive to Bolton's beaches, restaurants, and shops. Enjoy the panorama, then take a scenic 7-min stroll to your private dock. Perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or boating. Experience the quintessential Adirondack getaway that you've always envisioned here.
The private pier dock is perfect for sunbathing, easy swimming access, or getting on the kayak. Note, although there is access to a private dock, the home is set back from the lakefront. The dock can be accessed by walking (about 7 minutes) down a hill, followed by about 40 stairs. **If you have a boat or are renting a boat, I may be able to accommodate docking for up to a 25' boat for an extra cost.
The house is tucked away in the woods and the only one on the private road. Once inside, the main floor is a warm, rustic wood cabin feel. There's both central heat and AC on the main and lower floors, with individual climate control in the upstairs bedrooms. All beds were outfitted with new mattresses in 2021, including both latex and hybrid options. Some rooms have shadeless windows to the outdoors, so sleeping masks are provided.
You will access the house via a private gravel road. At the end of the road, there is parking for up to 6 cars, including two covered carports.
The town of Bolton (grocery, restaurants, shops, Sagamore, etc.) is just 5 minutes away by car. The closest beach is Veteran's park, less than a 5-minute drive.

Summary: Rented this property for a family vacation to Lake George and it exceeded our expectations. The house is located off a private drive back in the woods, very secluded and lots of privacy. Beautiful, lush surroundings and views of the lake out the back windows. The house is very spacious, nicely decorated and well-appointed. Everything you need for a stay away from home is provided. All rooms were large, bright and air-conditioned and bedding and beds were high quality and comfortable. Private suite downstairs was perfect for a little seclusion from the rest of the house. So much open, airy space and the windows invited in sunlight and gorgeous views of the surrounding nature. Kids enjoyed the game room and huge smart TV with Xbox and gaming capabilities. Mom enjoyed the kitchen and laundry access. Plenty of room for a large family or multiple couples/families. If you have a boat, access to a private boat dock just a short nature walk away cannot be beat. The town of Bolton Landing was less than 5 minutes away, with easy access to restaurants, grocery, shops and the public marina/boat ramp. The town of Lake George was 15 mins away with even more dining, shopping and entertainment options. Can’t beat this location for convenience. Nick was a phenomenal host, super responsive and accommodating. It was a pleasure to stay and we hope to return again next time we’re visiting the lake!
