Enjoy this fully renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit- this is a second floor unit so stairs are required.

Minutes from the Portsmouth Naval Station, Portsmouth Naval Medical Center and the Elizabeth River Ferry- and only two miles from the Norfolk General Hospital for those traveling for work.
This second floor unit has two bedrooms, a large bay window in the living room area, fully equipped small kitchen, and a washer/dryer. One bedroom has a queen sized bed, and the second bedroom has a full sized bed.
No parties allowed, and parking permits for only one vehicle.
We do utilize a third party communications app that automatically sends out a message once booking is confirmed. It will ask you to sign our Rental Agreement regarding our house rules, collect government issued ID to verify age, and capture a credit card as a precautionary for any incidentals or damages that may incur. Once the agreement is signed, then you will receive the door pin code for entry and all necessary check in information on the day of check-in.
We also have NoiseAware installed in the home. This monitors noise decibels to ensure our noise control rule is abided during after hours.
