Positive: + Friendly staff Clean rooms and done very quickly easy check in and check out very close to the beach lots of restaurants nearby (although not all looking very inviting) no noisy kids close to palma de mallorca

Negative: Not a 5 star hotel - location is in a very touristic place with plastic restaurants/bars, a huge amount of chinese massage places en indian chinese clothing stores surrounded by large all in hotels with lots of noise. - I agree that we should have checked at first. - Difficult to find parking nearby, or they offer a 40€ (!) a night option. - Our Hotel room view was on a busy and noisy street across a hamburger chain restaurant, we didnt request sea view, but again, this is a 5 star hotel - The hotel has a separate pool other then the regular one and also a designated lounge are inside with complimentary drinks for people who paid more expensive rooms, and as a 'normal' guest you are not allowed to take breakfast outside as it was always 'full' whilst I saw free tables. - A great tip: you are a 5 star to everyone or to no one, not for a part of your guests, you dont want to feel excluded when you pay a decent amount to stay here. - strange mix of interior styles, modern, medieval, rustic,... making it a very confusing overall image - Also an ICE cold aircon in the reception space which cant be healthy when comming from a smouldering 35 degr - Lunch food (by the pool and barefoot grill), tried on several occasions which was really not worth the price and a total ripoff for a coca cola at 6€ a drink. - Breakfast incredibly noisy, a huge amount of food, none of it really fresh or up to par - The television (remote) didnt work properly, you couldnt even link your iphone, as you would in other 5 star hotels (or 4 stars,..) - Not enough space by the pool, we went to the beach instead where you have to pay 15€ for a lounge chair a day, if there is a spot. Overall this is certainly not a 5 star due to the location, the quality of the food overall and the fact you dont have full acces to all facilities unless you book a more expensive room For me this is a 4 star at most and certainly not worth the money. Its just a 'good' hotel, nothing more.
