SERENITY NOW is a 2,500 sf townhome offering 5 Bedrooms (4 Master Suites), 4.5 Baths, Brand New Living and Bedroom Furniture, a large 2nd Living Room plus a large Sunroom! SERENITY NOW sleeps 10 comfortably.
Beautifully decorated, this large, end unit townhome is located in the highly sought after Captiva Sands Community, within Eagle’s Landing in the heart of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Conveniently located 1 mile from the beach, this home sits in an ideal location in a well-maintained development with three community pools, one of which is located just 50 steps outside your front door; making trips to and from the pool ultra-convenient for you and your family.
Just off of Route 1, our home is located a short walking distance to The Big Fish Grill and adjoining fish market as well as Arenas Sports Bar and Grill where you and your friends can catch a game or two. Have kids? Take a short walk to the famous Jungle Jim's Water Park and float on your tube along the lazy river! The fantastic Rehoboth Ave featuring an abundance of great restaurants, shops, bars and boutiques as well as the night life of Dewey, are just 5 short minutes away.
We designed and fully furnished SERENITY NOW with the utmost care and quality with very nice amenities including; 4 Queen Beds; (2 Plush, 1 Firm (on first floor), 1 Memory Foam), Bunk Beds, HD TV’s in every master suite and both living areas, lightning fast 150 mbps internet speed, new kitchen appliances; including a double oven and GAS stove, full size washer and dryer and much more.
What’s Included:
LIVING ROOM: Couch and Love Seat, Coffee Table, Armoire housing a 4K 43” HD TV, and BluRay DVD Player.
KITCHEN: All Brand New: Large French Door Refrigerator, GAS range with Double Oven, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dinnerware, Pots and Pans, and Blender. Large Island with 3 Counter Stools.
DINING AREA: Large table with seating for 8.
SUNROOM: Overflowing from the Living Room, this room is furnished with a loveseat, 2 chairs and coffee table. This room is able to be closed off from the LR and provides a nice retreat for after dinner conversation and cocktails.
MASTER #1 - Located on the main floor front, this bedroom comes with a Queen Bed (Sealy Firm), Dresser, Full Bath with tub, Walk-In Closet and 32” HD TV.
MASTER #2 -Located on the 2nd Floor in the front, this bedroom is equipped with a Queen Bed (Sealy Memory Foam), Dresser, Full Bath with Tub, Walk-In Closet and 32” HD TV.
2nd LIVING ROOM: Located on Second Floor, this large area is furnished with a couch, a 40” Samsung HD TV and DVD player. Just a nice area that serves as a second Living Room. Great space for the kids to hang out.
MASTER #3 - Located at the rear of the 2nd Floor, this bedroom is furnished with a Queen Bed (Sealy Plush), dresser, Walk-In Closet, Full Bathroom, 32” HD TV and your own large deck (15’ x 10’) overlooking the pond. A great place to unwind on the adirondack chairs, sipping on your cocktail and enjoying the beautiful sun set. It doesn’t get much better!
BUNK BED ROOM - Located on the 3rd Floor in the front, is furnished with twin bunk beds, Dresser and plenty of floor space for the kids to play.
MASTER #4 - Located at the rear of the 3rd floor, is equipped with a Queen Bed (Sealy Plush), Dresser, Walk-In Closet, Full Bath with tub and a 32” HD TV.
SIDE YARD: Located just off the Sunroom, is your brand new BBQ with additional space for the kids to play.
