This clean, bright, airy, spacious and welcoming 1-bedroom penthouse apartment comes with a huge private double terrace, complete with patio furniture (table & chairs) and sunbeds. Easily accessible on the second floor, it is arguably one of the best apartments in the complex. It has excellent true South-facing sea views and remarkably gets all-day, all-year sunlight on its double terrace, which is something you don't always get in many apartments. It is perfect for sun lovers especially during the winter months. The beach is only a couple of minutes away. Centrally located - it has quick and easy access to beach, shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets are literally right at your doorstep. Shopping malls like Siam Mall and Plaza Del Duque will surely amaze you.
Ideal for couples and families alike. This very well-maintained apartment is in an excellent location within a very popular and family-friendly complex. You can relax and enjoy the sun all day long. It is close to the main entrance, swimming pools, pool bar and other facilities. A housekeeper cleans our apartment on a weekly basis and checks on you to ensure you have sufficient toiletries, washing liquid, fresh towels, etc. You get free and unlimited WiFi in our apartment. WiFi is also free and available around the pool bar and pool area.

Inside, there is a spacious living room and a double bedroom with ceiling fans and stand fan. We offer free and unlimited WiFi in our apartment. There is a SMART TV for Netflix, Amazon, etc and satellite TV with British TV and other European/International channels, including a DVD player in the living room. We also have a library of books and DVDs for your entertainment and pleasure. The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge freezer, electric stove/built-in oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishes, cups and cutlery. There is also a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board. Sunbeds, table and chairs are available on the double terrace. A washing machine is available if you need to do any laundry. In the bedroom, there is an large double/queen bed with an orthopaedic mattress for a good night's sleep. There is also a safe box for you to keep your valuables securely. There is a also a sofa bed (double) in our apartment, and we can accommodate a total of 4 persons in the apartment.
Cleaning, towels, linen changes and housekeeper service for the apartment are all included when you book with us. May we respectfully ask you not to use towels from the apartment on the beach - please use your own beach towels should you wish to enjoy Tenerife's beautiful beaches. Should you feel like smoking, please could you do so out on the terrace and never indoors - this is for safety reasons.

Swimming Pools:
There are two swimming pools, the main one being heated and is suitable for children and adults alike. Our qualified Lifeguard is poolside to ensure the safety and enjoyment of everyone in the water. The second pool is situated at the rear of the resort in a quiet and relaxed location. Sun beds and parasols are available at both pools free-of-charge. During the high season, the complex operates a 'Children's Club' where they can be entertained whilst you relax beside the pool.
Pool Bar: The pool bar has some excellent entertainment most nights of the week. Newly refurbished, it has several flat screen TVs showing live sports events, etc. Free WiFi is available. Food and drinks are reasonably priced and served from 9 am through to 9 pm. The sports-orientated Bar features nightly entertainment with a resident compere. All major sporting events are shown live. The Bar kitchen is open from 9 am until 9 pm.
Shops and Supermarkets: There is a mini-market on-site selling fresh bread, newspapers and many British products. There is also a large supermarket in the San Eugenio shopping complex which is a few minutes' walk away.
