KITCHEN AND DINING
A newly renovated, gourmet kitchen has everything you need to make a great meal, with quartz countertops, top-of-the line appliances, and all the tools/cookware a chef needs. The kitchen is open to two large dining areas (inside and out). The sliding doors next to the indoor dining table open entirely onto the screened-in lanai, where you can sit, relax and enjoy the views of the pool and the lake. Pass your drinks and food through the sliding window above the kitchen sink, which opens to the lanai’s grilling area. Enjoy a casual breakfast at the large kitchen island with seating for 4. Have your coffee or a glass of wine in the kitchen nook area or take in views of the pond while dining at the picnic table on the lanai. POOL
Take a dip in the large, private pool overlooking the lake in back yard. Do some laps or lounge on one of our fun pool floats! Soak up some sun on a lounge chair or opt for the shade in a cozy, covered seating area next to the pool. Take a break and play some ping pong in the game room with sliding doors opening onto the pool deck. This is your place to relax and enjoy! The lake attracts a variety of birds and wildlife. Egrets, herons, pelicans, ducks, anhingas, iguanas and more!
MASTER BEDROOM AND GUEST BEDROOMS
Large suite on the right wing of the house is private and features a king-size bed with luxurious Saatva mattress. Enjoy some quiet time or read a book in the cozy chairs by the fireplace or rejuvenate in the spa-inspired bathroom with soaking tub and large walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a rainshower. Double sinks, vanity and large walk-in closet complete the bathroom. Main bedroom opens with large sliding glass doors onto the screened-in lanai overlooking the pool and lake.
Guest living space is in the left wing of house and includes 2 beautifully appointed bedrooms with queen beds. Each room has a private bathroom with tiled shower. Guest bedrooms open to a hallway with private entrance onto the lanai and pool area. Additionally, the lower level features a third and fourth guest bedroom. One bedroom features a queen bed and the other twin beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower/tub combo in the lower level area between the bedrooms. This area functions as both a sitting room or office, depending on guest preference. Pictures of this space to be uploaded shortly, a renovation was just finished on the entire first level and the photographer has not yet captured updated photography. Previous pictures of the lower level can be seen in the listing and the floor plan will be more or less the same, but instead of the kitchen there is now a fourth guest bedroom in its place.
LANAI

Please message us prior to reserving this property if you are interested in booking outside of these parameters, as we do often grant exceptions if the circumstances make sense for both guest and host. Guests must sign a rental agreement before their trip begins.
