Come enjoy our great house that is close to major attractions! Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom can sleep up to 14 people so it's great for families and groups of all sizes. There is a large private GAME ROOM that is fully stocked with TV, foosball, air hockey, darts, cornhole bag toss, board games and more! Explore all the beauty that Shenandoah National Park and nearby attractions have to offer! Free WiFI. No Pets.
NOTE: The hot tub out back is NOT properly set up and ready for guests. We hope to have this amenity available soon! Please do not attempt to use. Please do not take off the cover. Thank you!
The Space:
Here, you're located less than a mile from the Shenandoah River and the Shenandoah Historic District, this house is close to eateries, trailheads, scenic drives and local haunts.
Guests will enter the home through the front door with a digital door code. Take a minute to enjoy the beautiful views from the front porch in the cozy seating area. Once inside, you'll be welcomed into the open-concept living space where you will see and a spacious living room with a large TV which leads directly into the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen! Here, you'll find a full-size fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher! There is also a bar-height peninsula with additional seating!

The highlight of our home is the beautiful patio space we have in the backyard and the game room! There are chaise lounges available to take a nap in the cool mountain air, a grill for those summer cook-outs and a table and chairs set! Just above the two car garage, you'll find the game room. We have tons of games available here like Foosball, air hockey, darts, cornhole and so much more! You'll even find a futon here!
We can't wait to host you!
(1) MINIMUM AGE: You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.
(2) NO SMOKING: If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities.
(3) NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval.
(4) QUIET HOURS. This home is located in a residential area. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology.
(5) DAMAGE: You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay.
(6) TRASH: Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
(7) RELEASE: If an issue arises and guests request a refund, we will require guests to agree to a release before issuing a refund.
(8) NO PETS POLICY: Pets are not allowed on the property or inside the home. If we are made aware of a pet on the property, a deep cleaning fee of $500 will be charged and guests will be required to depart immediately with no refunds given.
(9) Guest needs to inquire first before booking for stays more than 30 nights.
