Welcome to our Up North Retreat! We are now accepting reservations for our Summer 2024 Season!
This 3-bedroom home is the perfect place to spend your time! Located near Mt. McSauba and a short walk to the beautiful sand dunes on Lake Michigan.

Whether you are enjoying its close proximity to the sandy dunes of Lake Michigan or you are roasting marshmallows while sitting around the fire pit, you are sure to enjoy your time and relax. A company favorite, this home hosts 3 bedrooms and a beautiful, remodeled, obstruction-free bath. Enjoy your meals outside on the spacious deck, and gathered around the outdoor table, you can enjoy the secluded corner lot, yet you are within a 5-minute drive to downtown Charlevoix. This home has a private washer/dryer combo, a full kitchen, and a large living area for family gatherings and game night. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds.
This rare vacation home, so popular for up north vacation lodging, is wheelchair accessible.
Charlevoix is home to many festivals throughout the summer. Also, it's just about an hour's drive from Mackinac Island and Traverse City.

Summary: This house is clean, adorable, well appointed and located close to everything. It's a quick walk to Mt. McSaub beach and hiking, a short drive to quaint downtown Charlevoix and only a 20 minute drive to Petoskey. The property managers were quick to respond to questions and the check in/check out process was a breeze.
