Comfortable for a large group, and thoughtfully furnished for young and old, this house offers the perfect space for your stay in an attractive, quiet neighborhood setting. Acadia's "Quiet Side" trails are just up the road, as is freshwater swimming at Echo Lake. A great variety of restaurants and shops are all within an easy walk. Be one of the first to enjoy this gem!

FIRST FLOOR: NEW for 2023! Renovated kitchen and entryway! Photos coming in the spring. Enter a bright and lovely kitchen with counter seating for four. Beyond the kitchen, a spacious Living Room with seating for 8 people features a large-screen flat TV and sofa that opens to a comfortable bed for those who prefer a first-floor sleeping space. Check out the sweet folding armchairs cleverly tucked under the coffee table for added seating. Full Bath with shower. To the right of the Kitchen is a Dining Room with seating for 8 with a well-stocked mudroom and storage area just beyond. Laundry is located in the basement.
SECOND FLOOR: Spacious Primary Bedroom with two double beds. Bedroom with Queen Bed. Full Bath with combined tub and shower. Fabulous spacious Bedroom with unique single over two singles Bunkbed and trundle bed, along with twin size comfortable couches and a flat-screen TV. Bringing the kids? They might never leave this space with its fun toys perfect for imaginative play. Note that for a more mature visitor, these toys can all be easily tucked away in a closet out of sight if preferred.
OUTDOOR SPACES: Small yard in the back of the house with a picnic table, firepit and outdoor games. Off-street parking for up to four cars. Sidewalks for safe and easy walking into the village or down to the harbor to watch the boating traffic.
