Welcome to our new listing at the Yotel Pad, Park city's newest place to stay. Second floor studio condo with amazing views of the surrounding mountains.
**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
The modern built-in bunks and queen murphy bed make this studio efficient and accommodating, as you can easily tuck each bed away when you need a bit more room to spread out.
In the morning, grab your skis from the ski concierge and walk just steps up to the Red Pine Gondola and village. After a day on the slopes, the kitchenette will be just the place to whip up snacks complete with a refrigerator, two-burner electric stovetop, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster! Plus, the Italian-made furniture, quartz countertops, and tall ceilings will spoil you during your stay.
**YOTELPAD AMENITIES**
All reservations are subject to a $35 plus tax nightly Resort Fee which provides access to a variety of amenities, including but not limited to the 24-hour front desk, hotel-wide Wi-Fi, valet parking, ski and boot valet, access to the fitness center, sauna, and pool as well as coinless laundry and the coinless game room.
When you want to venture out a bit, the Yotelpad Residences offer a fireside lounge, outdoor pool, hot tub, kids room, game room, fitness facility with a steam room, valet parking, ski valet, and 24 security. The citywide bus stop is one block behind the building, and the base of the village is two blocks away past the bus stop, approximately 240 steps to enjoy the center of the Canyons shops, and eateries.
