Positive: The location is gorgeous. It has a private beach that is a little difficult to get to. And the beach is rocky. But if you want to be alone on a beach this is the place. This house is close to town for meals. At night the stars are magnificent.
Negative: It was not clear in the ad that this is one of four apartments in a house. We were glad to not have neighbors most of the time. There weren't the usual things necessary for cooking and eating. No dish cloths or paper towels not salt or pepper nor a hot mit....we wanted to cook breakfast but it was difficult. Most important is a design problem. This is an efficiency apartment. The bed is up on a platform. In the middle of the night you cannot see it and we both fell. My husband's ankle is scraped badly. Actually even in daylight you forget it's thete and it blends in with the other tiled floor. Not a good design. They need fluorescent tape or something. When we called the Mgr and asked for necessary items she delivered them at days end. Not a good response.
