This property has it all! It's just off St. George's Dixie Drive and has two spacious Bedrooms each with flat screen Smart TVs and the master with an adjoining full-sized bathroom, large fully equipped kitchen with quartz counters, dining room, family room (w/ large flat screen Smart TV), in house laundry facilities, & porch with beautiful views of the mountains. Snow Canyon, pool & hot tub, pickle ball courts & basketball (1/2) court, & kid's swing set/slide are some of the amenities.
Our condo is a small walk to the front door with no need to use a elevator!
This condo is just 2-3 minutes from the I-15 exit with easy access to National Parks, State Parks, Sand Hollow, Cedar City's Shakespeare Festival, the Tuacahn Amphitheatre, Historic Downtown St. George, and Las Vegas. Just minutes away from world class golfing, hiking, bike and ATV trails. Just across the street are multiple hiking, ATV, UTV and biking trails including the famous Bear Claw Poppy and Zen trails. Estancia has a large parking lot so you can park your ATV trailers on. Also, the popular Thunder Junction All Abilities park is less than a mile away along with the Tonaquint Nature Center and Park. The condo porch has a Weber Grill with chairs and a table. You can walk right out to the grass to play catch with your kids.
The large kitchen offers bar seating for 4, additional formal table seating for 6 and an adjacent family room with an XL screen TV. It sleeps 6-7, and has a fold up crib and tri fold mattress if needed.
