The space
This lovely small minimalistic 48 sq. home is perfect for a couple. There is a bedroom with 2 single build beds, a living room with an open plan kitchen that consists of 2 sofas, a small traditional table with 2 Vitra chairs, and a large traditional bathroom with shower.
The living room can sleep 1-2 extra persons. The house is equipped with more than the necessary kitchen dishware, cutlery, towels, bed and table linens and English books.
Outdoors has a paved veranda at the front of the house protected from the North wind, with 2 built sofas and a table that seats 6 persons. It's the ideal spot for breakfast viewing the Aegean Sea, the village of the port “Livadi" and all the boats coming and leaving the island. At sunset the moon arises just in front of you and it looks like a theatrical scene.
The stairs that lead you to the terrace of the house are amongst 2 gardens full of cactus and Greek aromatic plants like myrtus, basil, levender, rosemary that perfumes the air and some can be used for cooking. It's the best spot viewing the little white houses on the rocky mountain of “Hora".
