Positive: The house was nice and plenty of room. Bedrooms could have been planned a little better (with electrical outlets near beds. All our problems were at the beginning as the house must have still been on “winter” although it was late May. To begin, we had trouble getting in the house. The keypad wouldn’t work. Took us 30-45 minutes to get in after they changed the code. Then we had to turn on the water and furnace. Found one toilet empty so had to add water. Both toilets were filthy - had to clean. The refrigerator was unplugged so had to pull out and plug in. Ice maker didn’t work. Counter tops needed a good wipe down. Had to turn on water to the washer. For our inconvenience, we were refunded $200. We were pleased that the management did compensate us.
