On the south end of Siesta Key you will find a small enclave of 17 condos called the Moorings. The "Seaside" is located on the second level in this enclave. It is quiet, boasts views from every room, has been updated throughout and is fully equipped as a vacation rental. The Seaside's location can't be beat! Just a short, seven minute walk brings you to Turtle Beach or just 200 steps from the complex brings you to the front door of the famous Ophelia's Restaurant. The condo has a king bed in the primary. There is an en-suite bath with a large, seven foot walk-in shower, plenty of counter space and a spacious walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a built in closet and plenty of natural light. Relish the updated kitchen, the open floor concept and lanai complete with outdoor dining table allow you to enjoy Florida's sunshine.
