Positive: Amazing location and spacious rooms. All of the staff we interacted with were lovely. We had a few special requests and they always helped out. The food at the hotel is delicious! The breakfast buffet is one of the best I've ever had---so many options for any taste. Love the tea always available in the lobby. Walkable spot to anywhere you need to go in Cusco. Laundry service available at the hotel which was nice after being in Peru for a while before getting to this location.
Negative: No air conditioning in our rooms but they did have fans
Summary: Wonderful location in Cusco with a delicious breakfast to please everyone
