Unser Einfamilienhaus mit Souterrainwohnung (FEWO) befindet sich in ruhiger und sonniger Wohnlage im Ortsteil Winkl, eingebettet in eine gepflegte Wohnsiedlung - ideal, um sich in Ruhe zu erholen. Rad- und Bergtouren sowie der Chiemsee oder unser schöner Moorsee, der Tüttensee, sind in Kürze erreichbar. Wer nicht mit dem eigenen Auto anreist kann, nach Rücksprache, vom Bahnhof abgeholt werden. Eine Bushaltestelle ist ganz in der Nähe. Auf Anfrage können Sie Ihren kleinen Hund gerne mitbringen, jedoch schlafen muss er in seinem eigenen Bett und er darf unter Tages nicht alleine in der Wohnung bleiben (5,-- EUR pro Nacht).
Unsere moderne Ferienwohnung ist ca. 50 qm groß, ausgestattet mit einem kleinen separaten Schlafzimmer incl. Bettwäsche, 1 Wohn-Esszimmer mit einer zusätzlichen ausziehbaren Doppelbettcouch mit sehr gutem Schlafkomfort. Ein Kinderbett kann auf Wunsch hinzugestellt werden. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt, u.a. auch eine Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Backofen und einer Frühstücksecke. Brötchenservice nach Vereinbarung. Die in der Küche stehende Waschmaschine mit Trockner steht zu Ihrer freien Verfügung. In unserem neuen Badezimmer mit Tageslicht und Dusche finden Sie selbstverständlich einen Fön sowie frische Handtücher vor. Ein Fernseher im Wohnzimmer sowie ein Grillplatz im garten runden das Angebot ab.
