Located in Lavandou, Saint-Clair, the villa, facing south, offers a panoramic view of the islands of Levant, Port-Cros and Bagaud, Cape Negro to Cape Benat.
The villa, fully air conditioned, has 7 bedrooms with bathrooms or shower (14 people maximum)

All rooms overlook the terrace with a superb sea view.
They are prepared and the beds are configured and made according to the intended occupancy.
It is possible to arrange a room with a crib instead of conventional beds.

The main kitchen is equipped with a large halogen hob (90cm), a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a combi microwave and 2 machines Nespresso.

The decking terrace of about 320 m² is accessible from the rooms but also from the lower terrace by a staircase that runs along the villa. On this one a sitting area as well as sunbeds and umbrellas allow to enjoy a new point of view on the sea and the hills.
