This unique home is located at the end of the winding mountain road. Tucked into a wall of mountain rock. While being secluded with a beautiful view of the Sangre De Cristo mountain range you will be only minutes away from downtown Victor CO (the City of Gold Mines) which is located at nearly 10,000 ft. elevation on the southwest side of Pikes Peak. The property is also only 5 miles away from historic Cripple Creek CO which is a historic gambling and mining town that’s one of the most dynamic and scenic tourism destinations in Colorado. Both Victor and Cripple Creek host a variety of events and adventures in the winter and summer. The area is surrounded with abandoned mines and working mines. Hike, bike, ride horses, snowshoe, or cross country ski on a network of scenic trails through historic mining areas with amazing mountain views. Great for the outdoors person with many areas to fish and hunt. All roads entering the town of Victor offer breathtaking scenic views. This modular home has a full kitchen with a new fridge, new stove, microwave, coffee pot, new dishwasher & new washer/dryer. It has a master bedroom with attached bath and shower, 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds and another full bath, the couch has a pull out bed (sleeps 8). It has a large community living space great for families. It is minimally decorated but has everything you will need. It is equipped with Direct TV and free wifi. There is plenty of parking. New gas grill and outdoor gas fire pit with seating around the pit on an extra-large deck. We provide coffee because we really can’t survive without coffee. This property has hard water it is great drinking water but leaves deposits. The views are spectacular. We are dog lovers and would welcome the furry family members.
