Pet policy: Cats and dogs are allowed with restrictions; restricted breed list: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Presa Canario Bulldog, Great Dane, Boxer, Akita, Wolf Hybrid or any mixed breed that includes one of the listed above. $300 one-time fee per pet; 2 pet limit.
- Check-in is 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
- We must be notified 24 hours in advance if guest is checking in after 6 PM.
- Background screening required for every adult (age 18+), may or may not require social security number.
- Guests must complete screening form(s) 48 hours prior to check-in. Guests may not check-in if background screening has not been completed.
- Two occupants per bedroom. Occupant is considered anyone over the age of 3.
- If parking permit is required, 1 permit is issued per screened occupant.
- 1 access item (key, fob, gate card, etc.) is issued per screened occupant.
- Smoking of any kind, medicinal or otherwise (including vaping) is not allowed within the rental or within 20 feet of the building. If it is discovered that the guest was smoking in the rental, a $1,500 will be charged.
- Maintenance follows a service route each day. Maintenance cannot be scheduled (excluding tasks that exceed 2 hours to complete). Technicians will not enter property if there is a loose dog. Pets must be put away in a crate or alternative room or bedroom.
