3 Bedroom Apartment in Lauderdale Beach, Fort Lauderdale

Modern, Mid-century 3 bedrooms unit on ground floor, all renovated. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. Private backyard and patio, central A/C, Florida room, wood floor. Kitchen and bathroom all equipped. 2 queen bed and 1 twin, wifi, satellite tv. Common yard with BBQ, washer/dryer on premises. Beachs chair included as well as 1 parking space. Safe gated complex. Nice park close from beach a few blocks away. Not too far from airport (11 miles). This is a non-smoking unit.
Be aware the bathroom is a Jack and Jill style between two of the three rooms, but for most of our guests, it is not an issue. Please, refer to the layout picture for more details.
All guests must be 23 years old or older or accompanied by their parents.
All adults guests will have to send a Pictured ID
Despite our meticulous cleaning practices & our pest control company’s best efforts, bugs & critters are part of life in Florida, sub-Tropical climate. Mosquitos, ants, cockroaches & lizards like to find their way inside. If this alarms you to point of scared to death, please do not book. If you are seeing them regularly, please let us know so we can arrange to have another treatment done but we will not reimburse you. If you find one dead, it means our treatment is working.
