It has a super-equipped kitchenette, complete with refrigerator with freezer compartment, hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine, a hallway that leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two large air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and the other triple , and finally a bathroom equipped with shower.

The price DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX, to be paid exclusively in cash at check-in, equal to €0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from payment.
At the time of CHECK-IN a security deposit of €200.00 is required to be paid exclusively in cash, which will be returned to you, net of any damages if there are any, at the time of CHECK-OUT.
FINAL CLEANING: is the responsibility of the tenant and IS MANDATORY upon returning the apartment on the morning of departure. It involves: tidying up the house, its perfect cleaning which includes the removal of any food remains, the elimination of waste, the cleaning of the cutlery and plates used, and of the kitchen utensils. If this cleaning is not carried out correctly or is carried out partially, a penalty equal to the cost of €150.00 will be applied.
We rent exclusively to adults: minors are admitted only if accompanied by parents or adults with a written authorization signed by their parents, also attaching their identity document.
Pets are allowed, subject to authorization and with an additional cleaning cost of €50.00 to be paid in cash and on site at check-in.
