The property is located in the very center of the New Town of Gallipoli, on the main square at the corner of Corso Roma, among bars, restaurants, clubs and countless shops. We are 150 m from the Gallipoli railway station, less than 200 m from the sea, 900 m from the start of Baia Verde and 600 m from the entrance to the Old Town.
The Dimora is about 120 m² (with two floors, two bathrooms, two kitchens, 3 bedrooms, private entrance, TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi). It can accommodate from a minimum of 4 guests up to a maximum of 8 people. Each floor has its own bathroom with shower, kitchen, air conditioning and TV. The rates are weekly per apartment, they are generally calculated based on a number of 6 guests.
