This property is in the perfect location. It's about four blocks to the heart of Traverse City. You can't beat it for walkability! You can also access a nice beach a couple of blocks away.
This is is a spacious, ground level property. It was recently furnished and has new stainless appliances and sleek counters and cabinets. It sleeps six with a king, a queen and a sofa bed. It has flat-screens in the living room and both bedrooms that you can use for streaming. A small patio overlooks the park across the street.
Free assigned parking is included and the building has an entry code. You even have a view of the bay from the parking spot! (A great beach is a two minute walk!)
Stay here, and you can visit The Little Fleet, State Theatre, Clinch Park and beach and a number of other attractions without needing a car!
Please note that the owner has a dog in the property in the summer.
