Inside, you'll love the open feel this home provides while still offering fantastic privacy. The interior is also ideally suited for entertaining. The house features two living areas, one is a great conversation area, and the other with leather sofas and a large 70' TV. Gather with loved ones for board games as the chef of the group whips up a delicious meal in the gourmet kitchen!
The house offers five stylish bedrooms that are separate and spacious, smart HDTVs, the luxurious comfort of Stearns and Foster mattresses, and three modern bathrooms, with a fourth full bath in the pool house.
Sitting within walking distance of three golf courses, two foursomes will fall in love with this golfer's sanctuary! Demuth Park is a couple blocks away with pickleball, tennis, and a playground. If golf isn't your game, there is plenty to do away from the course, such as heading downtown to explore the various shops, restaurants, and attractions that this city is famous for. Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation.
