A beautiful and spacious home with private, sandy beachfront on Brewster's Sheep Pond. A wonderful spot for families to enjoy one of Cape Cod's most pristine ponds, the Rail Trail bike path, and nature all around. This 5-bedroom, 4,500 square-foot house comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The property includes many amenities to help you enjoy your experience: kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, bicycles, fire pit, outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor shower, outdoor dining, sports yard, ocean beach equipment, and much more.
The home is situated on Sheep Pond, one of Cape Cod's most pristine bodies of water. Children and adults will enjoy swimming, boating, paddle-boarding and fishing off of a private 50 foot sandy beach. You will also be just steps from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a vast network of walking, running, and bicycle paths.
***Linens and towels are NOT provided - please bring your own or ask us to recommend a rental service. We do provide dish towels and beach towels.***
The house is set on nearly an acre of private property, an ideal setup for social distancing. Grocery deliveries can be arranged through Peapod in order to limit exposure to crowds.

It easily accommodates a large extended family or two families with great flow and extra space left over. The private beach on a pristine lake -- and all that it comes with: swimming, kayaking, fishing etc. -- is truly unique. That, combined with being right on the rail-trail makes this house a children's paradise right at the doorstep. No need to ever pack a car. It is both an elegant and dignified place for adults, and a built-in playground for the kids. We highly recommend it and we will certainly return next year.''

The house has everything you need - the kids and adults had a fantastic time using the kayaks and SUPs and swimming at the beach during the day and making smores and cocktails at the firepit at night. Summary: The listing and photos are spot-on—no surprises. We visited with two families, and this home is perfect for large or multi-family groups with kids of all ages. There’s something for everyone!The property is peaceful and picturesque, with chirping birds, croaking bullfrogs, and a short, easy walk to a private beach—much easier than many other homes we’ve seen. The beach is spotless and well-stocked with paddle boards, kayaks, chairs, and more. The water is crystal clear, great for swimming and fishing.You don’t need to leave the house to feel like you’re on vacation—we were torn between sightseeing and just enjoying the space.Bathrooms with showers on all levels made evenings easy. The lower level has a king room, twin room (2 beds), full bath, TV/fireplace sitting area, and walk-out access to the hot tub, outdoor showers, firepit, and hammock zone.The main floor includes a dining room (seats 8–10), open living area with fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, sunroom, deck (with grill, dining, and seating), and a bathroom with laundry. There’s also a ping pong table in the garage.Upstairs: king room, room with 4 twins, lounge area, cozy office/double bedroom with views, and a bathroom with whirlpool tub.The home is full of thoughtful touches—framed kid art, great books, helpful area guides, and lovely décor. The owners are responsive and wonderful to work with!
