Large South Portland home with heated saltwater pool available to rent for the month of July 2024. Message us with any questions regarding length of stay.
3600sqft home on quiet cul-de-sac, 5min drive to downtown Portland, 7 min drive to Willard beach, 10 min drive to Crescent Beach, 13 min drive to Higgins Beach, 3 min walk to Hinkley Park. Very large chefs kitchen featuring a 48" range w/ industrial vent hood, 2 ovens, 2 islands, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, and beverage fridge-- If you love to cook, you will love cooking in this kitchen. High-end espresso setup potentially available for use depending on renters experience and interest.
Large great room with home theater system and 100" projector screen for movie watching, 65" TV also available when it is not dark enough outside for the projector.
Very large back deck overlooking the pool with picnic table, RecTeq pellet smoker, Weber gas grill and Weber charcoal kettle grill.
20,000 gallon Gunite pool is heated and runs on a saltwater system. Wonderful for kids and also fun to swim in at night with the pool light on. Great backyard to enjoy the best part of the Maine summer when you are not headed to the beach. Renters are responsible for covering the pool at night to maintain heat. Large trampoline and swing set for kids.
Our home has 5 bedrooms, a full dinning room and a large office/ secondary living room that could be configured as a 6th bedroom if needed.
Currently configured to comfortably sleep 4 adults and 4 children.
Primary Bedroom has a custom cherry wood king size bed, walk in closet, and easy access to the 2nd floor laundry room. Adjacent to the master bedroom are 3 additional bedrooms that are currently configured with Twin beds for kids but we are happy to put larger beds in if needed. 5th bedroom is currently configured as a guest bedroom with a beautiful antique Swedish queen size bed and on-suite full bath. This room has its own separate staircase that leads directly into the kitchen/ living room area. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains.
Upstairs you will find 2 full baths, 1 with a shower/tub combo, the other shower only (guest room on-suite). Both of these bathrooms as well as the half bath downstairs were renovated in 2022. Additionally, there is a 3rd shower (the largest shower) located just adjacent to the master bedroom for a total of 3 showers upstairs. There is a hot tub in this 3rd shower room but it is not operational.
Please note that this is our full time home, not a rental or investment property. We are looking for responsible adults/ family to enjoy our wonderful home. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, absolutely no parties or loud music.
