Our townhome is surrounded by ample shopping, restaurants, entertainment, convenient transit options, as well as the beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
We are raising the standard on this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome which sleeps 8.
Our townhome puts you in a convenient area close to either Seattle or Bellevue without the traffic and is a quick drive to Seatac aiport allowing for easier travels for early or late flights.
You are welcome to enjoy the community amenities including swimming and sauna (seasonal from late May to early Sept but may not be available during your stay due to Covid), and sport court; as well as wifi, netflix, fireplace, private patio, BBQ and fire pit. We also provide recreational equipment, a kids play area, stroller, and pool toys for your enjoyment. You'll find ample free parking as well as an attached garage.
The entire townhouse is yours for your stay. It is not shared and you have access to all the closets and garage (nothing is stored in the home). The back patio is private and fenced with a grill, fire pit and outdoor seating. The gate to the community pool is steps away for easy access to the (seasonal) pool, clubhouse, sauna and gym. There is also a large grassy area just next to the patio available for use.

Summary: This townhome was not the unit that was depicted in the original ad. While it was VERY nice with respect to the furnishings; Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated; the amenities portrayed were not available (hot tub/pool) and in fact the photos portrayed a much larger space as the Clubhouse with exercise equipment were portrayed as part of the actual Unit!! If all of the members of our Bridal party had come, as we originally planned for, we would not have had enough room. It was adequate but much smaller than we expected. The Unit in the photos advertised were not of the Unit we stayed in...these are compact Condo Units. In addition the complete house rules are not posted fully...no parking in front of the Unit, and Quiet Times, Which was not a problem for us but just not fully disclosed in the Ad. We enjoyed our stay, overall, just felt that it was portrayed correctly with respect to the exercise equipment, pool, hot tub and actual unit we were in upon arrival.
